Booking & Payment Policy

A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure the shoot date.

Remaining balance due before or on the day of the shoot.

No images/videos delivered until the invoice is paid in full.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery or late fees.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Retainer/ Deposits are non-refundable.
-
One reschedule allowed with at least 48–72 hours notice.
-
Cancellations after the 48 -72 hour notice will require a new deposit to reschedule.

Weather/emergency reschedules handled at photographer discretion.
Retouching Policy

Packages include a specific number of edits/retouches.
-
Additional edits charged separately.

Manipulations $50 and Extra edits $25
Arrival & Time Policy

Sessions begin at scheduled time.

Late arrivals reduce shooting time.

An additional fee will be added if additional time is needed to complete shoot
Social Media & Usage Policy

Photographer may use images/videos for portfolio, website, and promotion unless otherwise agreed.
Travel Policy
-
Travel fees apply outside a certain radius.
-
Long-distance shoots may require lodging, parking, or mileage reimbursement.
